By accessing and using the Peptix website (www.peptix.co.nz) and purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Peptix New Zealand. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

Research Use Only

Order Accuracy

Shipping Policy

• • We ship only within New Zealand
• • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• • Free shipping on orders over $100 NZD
• • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.

Delivery Requirements

• • Delivery to residential addresses only (no PO boxes)
• • Someone must be available to receive the package
• • Proper storage conditions must be maintained upon receipt

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and regulatory requirements, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds once products have been shipped. All sales are final.

Exceptions

• • Products damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)
• • Incorrect products shipped (our error)
• • Products that fail to meet specifications (with certificate of analysis)

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our products comply with New Zealand Medicines Act 1981 and Medicines Regulations 1984. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
